Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy department offers an array of services to help individuals recover from many different lifestyle altering events. Our staff includes Licensed Physical Therapists (PT’s) who evaluate and treat many conditions, and Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA’s) who aid in the treatment of patients based on the Physical Therapist’s plan of care. The PT will build an individualized treatment plan to meet each patient’s needs. Patients will be provided a home exercise program tailored to a specific diagnosis and upon discharge will receive tools for re-injury prevention.
Our Physical Therapist will meet with you one-on-one for your initial evaluation to establish a plan of care for many diagnoses including (but not limited to):
Musculoskeletal disorders
