It's voluntary, convenient and confidential - and it’s a great way to make your wellbeing a priority. Ensuring our continued health and wellbeing is essential for our lives both on and off the job. BMW Associates have the option to volunteer to complete their annual health assessment during work or personal time.
Your health check includes:
Confidential online Health Risk Appraisal/questionnaire (HRA)
Biometric measurements to be taken including:
Total cholesterol, HDL, LDL and triglycerides
HgA1c
Body mass index
Waist circumference
You will learn your cardiovascular age and receive a 10-year heart disease risk score.
Sit & Reach test for flexibility
Health Check results and recommendations on how to improve and maintain your optimal health
Participants are asked to drink plenty of water to ensure they remain properly hydrated. Fasting is recommended, but not
required. No heavy sugar or alcohol should be consumed at least 12 hours prior to the appointment. For questions regarding appointments or scheduling please call the AFHC at 855-650-1212 and choose option 1. Immediately following the screening, Associates will receive a brief, private one-on-one coaching session to review the results. Results are completely confidential. Aggregate health trends will be used by health management at BMW Manufacturing and BMW Group to create and continuously improve wellbeing programs at Plant Spartanburg.

To schedule an appointment, click the button to go directly to the portal. If you have not previously registered, you will need to do so. Click on the appointment tab, choose no preferred provider and then click on Biometric Screening. Choose appointment date, time, and location, Hall 50 or Hall 52. Appointments are available on Mondays and Wednesdays 7 am – 11 am.
