Nutrition Counseling
Premise Health offers free nutrition counseling with our Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) to BMW Associates and their dependents currently enrolled in a BMW Medical Plan. RDNs are food and nutrition experts who can help translate the science of nutrition into practical solutions for healthy living. Our dietitians are qualified to provide medical nutrition therapy for a variety of conditions including weight management, hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, and more.

Weight Management Program
Take control of your health with our Weight Management Program, designed to help you build sustainable habits for long-term success. Whether your goal is to manage weight, improve overall wellbeing, or prevent and manage chronic conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease, this program offers personalized support and practical tools to guide you. This program is led by Registered Dietitian Nutritionists and includes:
Pre- and post-program health checks
Get a comprehensive view of your health with lab work and body composition scans, including lipid panel, blood glucose, A1c, blood pressure, waist circumference, and InBody measurements. These results help tailor the program to support your individual goals.
Weekly, live group classes
Learn strategies rooted in lifestyle medicine—covering nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, and more—to create lasting change.
Interactive online platform
Track your progress, receive weekly feedback from your instructor, connect with fellow participants, and access valuable resources—all in one place.
Support and accountability
Stay motivated through weekly check-ins, guidance from expert instructors, and encouragement from peers who share similar goals. You’ll gain both professional insight and a sense of community.
Group challenges and goal setting
Stay motivated through interactive challenges and weekly goals that focus on building healthy, sustainable habits.
This program is 6-12 weeks long and operates three times per year - Spring, Summer, and Fall. The program is limited to 60 spots per program and is open to BMW Associates and their dependents (ages 18 years and older) who are currently enrolled in a BMW Medical plan.
